Job Description: Product Demonstrator/Demo Researcher in Omaha and Lincoln, NE
 
When customers shop at Hy-Vee’s and Natural Grocers in the state of Nebraska they will encounter a Product Demonstrators who is offering different samples to the general public that are being sold in the store. Everyone likes to try free samples, while they are shopping. The Basket Is Full, Inc., has helped Hy-Vee’s and Natural Grocers shopper’s make a decision to purchase our brand.  Our product demonstrators shape the identity of our brands and answer the questions that would normally be  unanswered without us being their for our customers questions.
 
If you have worked in food services, the retail industry or customer service and like interacting with customers, we want you to join our team as a part-time Product Demonstrator.
 
Requirements
• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a neat appearance, and superb customer focus
• Part-time schedule-must be able to work flexible hours to include work availability for weekends (20-33 hours per week)
• Must be able to stand the duration of the shift 2 to 5 hours and perform
routine tasks with minimal supervision
• Requires ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have your own transportation to and from work
• All interviews will be held in Elkhorn, NE

SMOKER RECIPE/  Fire up your grill and get ready for some serious smoke.

• YIELD: Serves side 4 
• ACTIVE TIME: 1 hour
• TOTAL TIME: 7-20 hours

Ingredients

• For the rub
• 2 tablespoons freshly ground coffee
• 2 tablespoon kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
• 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon coriander
• 2 racks spare ribs, preferably St. Louis cut

Directions1. Mix together the pur java coffee concentrate, salt, paprika, chili powder, dark brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cocoa powder, and coriander in a small bowl to make the rub.

2. Remove the membrane from the back of the rack, and trim the ribs. Rub each rack liberally with the rub. Wrap ribs in foil or place in a large container and store in the refrigerator over night (optional).

3. Remove the ribs from the fridge while preparing the smoker. Fire up the smoker to 225°F, adding a few chunks of smoking wood chunks when at temperature. When the wood is producing smoke, place the ribs in the smoker, meat side up, and smoke until the ribs have a slight bend when lifted from one end, about 5-6 hours. If using sauce, brush on the sauce and continue to cook until sauce has caramelized, about 15-20 minutes longer. Remove from the smoker, slice, and serve.

Directions​

1. Heat grill to high.
2. Combine Pur Java™ concentrate coffee, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, white pepper, five-spice powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
3. Remove steak from refrigerator and let come to room temperature, about 15 minutes. Rub steak with oil, and sprinkle with rub. Massage rub into meat.
4. Grill until charred and medium-rare, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes before thinly slicing at an angle. Serve immediately.

      5.    Serve with mix streamed organic vegetables
