Our customer component is our rooting system for our business.  We ask, "How do our customers see us on a daily basis?"  Are our customers loyal, repeat customers?   We establish metrics and goals to make sure we are meeting our customers needs.

Process

It is important to us to staying liquid. Water is flexible and strong.  Staying a liquid organization allows us to have assets that can flow wherever we want them to go.  The way you enter a transaction will always dictate the outcome.

Another way we tend to look at our products is: How many resources do we have to keep plowed into the business to make our products and services more efficient?  Are we purchasing the right amount of goods to get the best price?
