We only use “Premium Coffee For The Sophisticated Taste Buds”, our seeds are higher quality, grown under near-perfect conditions, processed very carefully and eventually roasted in small batches to find the ideal flavor profile. It’s admirable balance between sweet, acid and bitter is a festival of taste, a lasting pleasure: persistence in the mouth is long-lasting, remaining as long as 15 minutes after drinking. The nose will experience its inimitable range of pleasing aromas.  A first wave of perfumes is liberated when the coffee is stirred with the spoon, thus releasing the fresh notes like a sheet of music.  We don’t ship it until we product an encounter between the startup of the roasting machine and a jet steam, and, finally, with the clink of the cup on the saucer and the tinkle of the spoon after six cupping test for consistency.
