Pur Java Coffee Concentrate Sauces and Marinades
A nice hot cup of Pur Java concentrate coffee is the perfect morning eye opener, but this dark heavy concentrate can be used for more than just drinking. Pur Java concentrate has a special affinity for meats and is an ideal ingredient for marinades and sauces. Use our favorite Pur Java concentrate coffee to add a delicious flavor component to dinner and enjoy that fresh brewed cup in a whole new way.
Tips for cooking with Pur Java concentrate
1. Pair coffee with strong flavors
Pur Java concentrate will boost the flavor of most meats, like beef, pork or chicken. Pur Java concentrate is very strong and flavorful and, consequently, should be paired with other strong flavors.
2. Use Pur Java concentrate like a spice
Pur Java concentrate rubs, marinades and sauces add a delectable complexity to grilled meats, but coffee can also punctuate its distinctive taste into soups and stews and even tomato sauce. Think of using Pur Java concentrate as a spice, like you would use any other spice.
3. Try Pur Java concentrate in its different forms
Pur Java concentrate can be used in both cooked and overnight marinade form. Pur Java concentrate is good for rubs and marinades. Pur Java concentrate works great in stews or sauces because you don’t have to brew it due to our 20+ ratio. When something is not going to be cooked, opt to use Pur Java Concentrate because grounds tend to stay grainy in a sauce or marinade.
4. Get creative with coffee
As a rule, Pur Java concentrate pairs well with citrus, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, garlic and salt. Enjoy and don’t forget to share your experience with us at www.purjava.com

Try New Things in New Ways
When was the last time you did something for the first time? Do you avoid taking risks (making a discussion and accepting the decision consequences) or trying new things? One of the best ways to get out of the rut of your own thinking is to innovate. You can do that in little, everyday ways: Drive to work a different way from normal. Order an unfamiliar dish at your favorite restaurant. Ask a different colleague to help you with a familiar project. Take yourself off of auto pilot. Unpopular thinking asks questions and seeks options. In 2013, I moved my family from Virginia to Nebraska. Nebraska is a nice state, but there is NO BEACH !
Immediately after moving here, I began looking for water activity to keep the peace in my house. Well I found several pool options and also found out about Schlitterbahn Waterpark in Texas. Often I am amazed to see people complaining rather then looking for solutions with excitement. What is the problem? To many people have not tried new things in new ways. It is true: most people are more satisfied with old problems than committed to finding new solutions that encourage feelings of joy again. How you go about doing new things in new ways is not as important as making sure you do it. (Besides, if you trying to do new things in the same way that everyone else does, are you really going against popular thinking? Get out there and do something different today.
It's Spring Break Time!
Is it me, or does it feel weird to start thinking about Summer Break plans? I am still getting used to the idea that it’s actually March and we will be sipping green Pur Java in nine days to celebrate a certain Irish holiday. Wait! Do people still drink green beer on St. Patrick’s Day? Or is that something my buddies would have been trying to do on Spring Break in Miami 19 years ago? Wait! Did I just reveal a 19-year-old secret I was suppose to take to my grave? Hey I was 21 and it was legal for me to drink.
Even though I won’t be jetting off to Miami with my best buddies to have fun and soak up some much needed sun, while attempting to keep them from doing the crazy keg stand….Olympics. Did I just say keg stand? OY VEY!!! I will be visiting the next best place, Pur Java future retail locations. Lately, we all have been working long hours staying in line with Pur Java business plans and we are in need of a spring break retreat with our entire team.
Anyway, depending on what you are doing for Spring Break, I highly recommend adding these breakfast options, Waffles sprinkled with powder sugar and strawberries, Waffles stuffed with bacon with maple syrup on the side and a fresh cup of Pur Java Rwanda medium roast coffee with a side of OJ. So what do you say? Let’s get stuffed and do a little OY VEY together!
The Language of Money
It's time for a rebirth of America, in America, by Americans. It's time for us to reimagine everything. Currently, we are comfortable helping the poor with philanthropy, government assistance, or mirco-finance, but these solution are all inadequate. The poor don't just need "HELP"; they need investment. They need to be treated as customers and job creators. The main driver of freedom in the world today is not the vote but access to capital and knowledge about how to use it (establishing and understanding self-determination). That means financial and ecomonic empowerment. If people don't understand the global language of money, and if they don't have a bank or credit union account, they are simply an economic slave to being left out of the American Dream.
The poor and the undeserved have never gotten a memo, a manual, or any education in free enterprise and responsible capitalism. Poor neighborhoods and communities simply make the rules up as they go. It's not surprising that these communities have fallen behind; they amazing part is that they have done a pretty impressive job of this thing with no help, almost no guidance, and zero role modeling of real wealth creation. Unfortunately , the vast majority of these economic shortcuts impose in time and produce the feelings of unsafe neighborhoods.
