Omaha, NE December 29, 2020 (TBIF NEWSWIRE) – The Basket Is Full, Inc. (TBIF), a Midwest Natural Food Processing Plant; today issued the following Opinion Piece article: By Randy Olsen, Vice President of Operations For TBIF in Omaha and Iowa Locations.
In today's article, I am going to talk about TBIF Rwanda Akagera Bourbon Coffee. Akagera is the area of Rwanda where the coffee is grown. Bourbon refers to coffee beans that are known for noticeably light fruit overtones. They yield well-balanced coffees and are less common than other types of coffee beans. Bourbon plants generally carry fewer coffee cherries per plant than other different varieties. (an important point to remember: TBIF coffee trees are all shade-grown, 100% Arabica beans, and natural plants). Typically this coffee is not offered on the open market as it is consumed in their coffee shops and churches. Rwanda Akagera Bourbon coffee trees are grown at the highest elevations of between 4800 - 6230 feet above sea-level. This coffee screams Rwanda and should be reserved for those who embrace high highs and fruity complexity. Excellent as a drip coffee or iced coffee. Next time, I will share details regarding TBIF's Honduras Estrella Lenca coffees. Have a PURJAVA day and a blessed week.
